Shipping Policy

We ship with JNE and J&T Express, plus our own same-day courier inside Greater Jakarta. These are the only services you will see at checkout:

Courier transit estimates cover business days and exclude weekends and national holidays. Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua typically sit at the long end of the range.

Indonesian courier tariffs are set at sub-district level, not by postcode, so checkout asks for the destination in two steps. First you pick your city or regency; then you pick the matching district (kecamatan) and sub-district (kelurahan/desa) from the list that loads for that city. Only after the sub-district is selected can we ask the couriers for a real rate, which is why the shipping options appear at that point and not before.

If your kelurahan is missing from the list, choose the nearest one in the same kecamatan and put the exact address in the street and apartment fields — the waybill is printed from those fields, not from the tariff lookup.

3. Free Shipping and Instant Delivery

• Free standard shipping from Rp 3.000.000. When your order subtotal (items only, before shipping) reaches Rp 3.000.000, JNE REG and J&T EZ drop to Rp 0 at checkout. Express (JNE YES) and Instant Delivery are premium services and stay chargeable on every order.
• Instant Delivery, flat Rp 100.000. Our same-day courier is offered when your destination city is Jakarta, Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Bekasi, Depok. It is a flat fee regardless of weight or order value, and it appears at the top of the shipping options when you are eligible. Orders confirmed after 15:00 WIB go out the next day.

Nothing is picked or packed until Midtrans confirms your payment has settled. Once it has, your order moves to paid and we dispatch within 1 - 2 business days. Orders that settle before 14:00 WIB on a working day usually go out the same afternoon. Pre-order titles ship on or after the release date printed on the listing; if a pre-order shares a cart with in-stock items, we hold the whole parcel until everything is ready unless you ask us to split it.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indonesian national holidays.

• Raw singles: penny sleeve plus perfect-fit, into a top-loader, taped shut with painter's tape, then a rigid bubble mailer.
• Graded slabs: microfiber wrap, a fitted slab case so the holder cannot slide, then foam on all six sides inside a double-wall box. Slabs never travel in a mailer.
• Sealed product: booster boxes, ETBs and cases are individually bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed with void fill so nothing shifts. We never ship a sealed box in its own shrink-wrap alone, and we never mark the outer box with the contents.
• Apparel: tees and hoodies are folded into a sealed poly mailer; if they share an order with cards, the cards go in their own rigid box inside the parcel.

Your order status moves through pending to paid, shipped and finally delivered. You can check it any time on the order tracking page using your order ID and the email address you checked out with. We email the courier waybill number as soon as the parcel is handed over, and JNE and J&T scans usually appear within a few hours of pickup.

Every shipment is sent with tracking and insurance at no extra cost to you. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or the parcel arrives crushed, opened or short, tell us within 48 hours of the delivery scan and keep the packaging.

1. Send your order ID and photos of the outer box, the packing material and the item through our contact form, or by WhatsApp.
2. We open an insurance claim with the courier the same business day and send you the claim reference.
3. Courier investigations usually close within 14 business days. You do not wait for them: once we have your photos we either replace the item, if we still have it, or refund you in full through Midtrans.

Risk of loss passes to you once the courier records the parcel as delivered to the address you supplied, so please make sure the recipient name and address are right before you pay. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you cover the second leg.
