Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Bearded Vault website and every order you place with us. Bearded Vault is an online trading card store operating from Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, selling sealed product, graded slabs, single cards and merchandise to buyers in Indonesia. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 17 years old and that you accept these terms.

1. Orders and Stock

Every listing is an item physically in our vault, and most singles and slabs are one of one. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract only when your payment settles and we confirm it.

An unpaid order does not reserve stock. Inventory is deducted at the moment Midtrans reports your payment as settled, not when you reach the checkout screen. Until then the item stays on sale to everyone. If someone pays for the last copy before you do, we cancel your order and refund anything that was taken in full — so pay promptly on anything scarce.

We may also cancel and refund an order where a listing carried an obvious pricing or description error, where stock turns out to be damaged on final inspection, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Pre-order titles ship on or after the release date shown on the listing; release dates are set by the publisher and can move.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable Indonesian taxes unless the listing states otherwise. Shipping is quoted separately at checkout once you select your destination sub-district. Prices can change at any time before you pay; the price captured on your order is the price you pay.

Payments are handled by Midtrans, which supports bank transfer and virtual account, credit and debit cards, QRIS, and e-wallets such as GoPay and ShopeePay. We never see or store your full card or wallet credentials. Your order stays pending until Midtrans confirms settlement, at which point it moves to paid. If the Midtrans payment window closes without settlement, the order expires and nothing is charged.

3. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

We ship nationwide with JNE (REG and YES) and J&T (EZ), and offer same-day Instant Delivery at a flat Rp 100.000 inside Greater Jakarta. Standard services (JNE REG and J&T EZ) are free on orders of Rp 3.000.000 or more; express and same-day remain chargeable. Paid orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Courier transit estimates are the courier's, not ours, and are not guaranteed. Every parcel is sent tracked and insured at our cost, and we handle any loss or damage claim with the courier on your behalf. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier records the parcel as delivered to the address you supplied, so check the recipient name and address before you pay. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the second leg.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee every item we sell is genuine. Slabs are verified against the issuing grading company's certification database by cert number, sealed product is checked for factory seal integrity and shrink-wrap pattern, and raw singles are inspected under magnification and UV light. If any item you buy from us is later shown to be counterfeit or altered by a recognised grading company, we refund it in full and cover shipping both ways, with no time limit.

5. Grading and Condition Disclaimers

• A grade is the opinion of the grading company that issued it — PSA, BGS, CGC or ACE — not a statement by us. We do not grade cards ourselves and we cannot guarantee that any card would receive the same grade on resubmission or from a different grader.
• Subgrades, centering notes and qualifiers are reproduced from the label as issued. Disagreeing with a grade is not a defect and is not grounds for a return.
• Raw singles are photographed as the exact card you will receive, and known flaws are described. Minor factory imperfections normal for the print run are not defects.
• Sealed product is sold sealed. We make no representation about its contents, pull rates, or what you will find inside, and nothing in a product image should be read as a promise of a particular card.
• Nothing we publish is investment advice. Card values move, and they move down as well as up.

6. Returns and Refunds

Report a wrong, damaged or misdescribed item within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we fix it at our cost. Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item comes back exactly as sent and you cover the return shipping. Opened sealed product and slabs removed from or damaged in their holder cannot be returned. Refunds go back through Midtrans to the original payment method. 7. Using This Website

You agree not to scrape or bulk-harvest our listings, run automated ordering or checkout tools, probe or attempt to access the admin area, submit false or automated messages through our contact form, place orders you do not intend to pay for, resell our product photography, or use payment details that are not yours. All photography, copy and branding on this site belongs to Bearded Vault and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission; product names, logos and card artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access where these rules are broken.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen or any other mandatory Indonesian law, and nothing excludes liability for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for changes in the market value of a card after purchase, for lost profit on an intended resale, for courier delays outside our control, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disaster, strike, or the failure of a payment or logistics provider.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will always try to settle a dispute with you directly first; failing that, the courts of Jakarta Selatan have jurisdiction. If any clause here is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms as the store evolves, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it — the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
